LUXXE WHITE

ENHANCED GLUTATHIONE

(SKIN WHITENING – ENHANCED TYPE)
Food supplement
Each bottle contains: 60 capsules
Glutathione Blend (per capsule)L-Glutamic acid – 180 mgGlycine – 200 mgL-Cysteine – 120 mgNAC – 100 mgVitamin C – 100 mgAlpha Lipoic Acid – 50 mgGrapeseed extract – 25 mg
Now that we know what what exactly this product have, let’s take a closer look on what these contents do to our body.
1. L-Glutamic acid. – It is a non-essential amino acid. When we say non-essential amino acid, this means that the human body can actually produce this NATURALLY and we NEED it to maintain good health and normal growth. And yes, it can be included as a supplement especially if our body does not or can not supply enough amount.
It is also considered as “brain food” thereby improving our memory. Furthermore, for those who have ulcers out there, L-Glutamic acid can help you speed up the healing process.
Downside? Well it is a neurotransmitter. Meaning, it has something to do with our BRAIN and too much or high dosage of this, might cause headaches and other more serious problems. That is why, I have to warn people who have NERVOUS SYSTEM PROBLEMS, please do not take ANY product which contains L-Glutamic acid. And I mean ANY PRODUCT OUT THERE with L-Glutamic acid.
2. Glycine – like L-Glutamic acid, glycine is a non-essential amino acid. Again, we don’t really need to include it in our diet because our body can produce this. BUT we can have glycine from eating high protein foods such as meat and fish.
What does it do? It improves memory as it works hand in hand L-Glutamic acid, can be used as a treatment for schizophrenia, help control the body’s blood sugar which is a good thing for those people who have type II diabetes. There were also studies which suggest that Glycine may prevent cancer but I haven’t read the studies yet so I am not sure how to explain this to you.
Precautions? If you are pregnant or with a kidney disease then be cautious. Also, if you are very young. But then again, are there any kids here who would want take a whitening product at an early age?
3. L – Cysteine and NAC-  L-Cysteine is also a non-essential amino acid. Yes, it can be produced by the body itself. Why did I put L-Cysteine and NAC together? It’s because these two go hand in hand.
While L-Cysteine is an amino acid, NAC or  N-acetyl-L-cysteine is a derivative of Cysteine. So what right? Well, NAC is broken down by our body to create Cysteine and then into…. Glutathione. Hmm… familiar eh?
What exactly does L-Cysteine And NAC do anyway? It protects our cells and help your lungs (especially if you are someone who often have respiratory issues). Also good for those who have diabetes, Cardiovascular diseases also called heart disease, FLU and ARDS.
Precautions? Again please do not give NAC to children. Unless of course, under the supervision of doctors.
4. Vitamin C – also called ascorbic acid is a vitamin and unlike those stated above, our body do not readily produce this.  So we need to obtain it by eating or drinking foods or beverages containing vitamin C.

Most of the time, we associate Vitamin C with boosting our immune system or our body’s ability to fight diseases like common colds and bronchitis. Aside from that though, there are a couple of benefits that we can have from this particular vitamin. For example, I have read that vitamin c is given to those people who have depression and for those who are stressed.   As Vitamin C is an antioxidant, it lowers our risk for cancer and protects our cells.
If anyone of you out there have frequent colds or sometimes notice that it takes a lot of time before your cuts/wounds/abrasions can heal, then Vitamin C might help you.

Risks on taking too much Vitamin C? From what I’ve read so far, there are no serious effects of taking high doses of Vitamin C. BUT for those who have problems with excess iron in their blood then you might think twice about taking in additional Vit C.
5. Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) also sometimes called as lipoic acid, is an antioxidant that our body can naturally produce.
Benefits? It prevents cell damage, helps other anti oxidants in our body and aids in converting sugar into energy. From this alone, we can say that this particular acid is good for diabetics. Also, ALA have been recommended to treat glaucoma, liver problems and cancer.
I also read that even some doctors believe that ALA slows down our body’s aging process.
Precautions? Since ALA allows sugar to leave the blood, those who have low blood sugar should be cautious.

6. Grapeseed extract – There are a lot of grapeseed information out there. But you can Click here if you want to see the benefits of this as there so many. The link I provided uses simple terms and the research is even provided if you are curious.   For the sake of this article though, I’m gonna enumerate some benefits found on the link I’ve given:

This reduction makes the liver susceptible to damage. (Source: Nature’s Potent Liver Remedy by Dr. Murray.)
